A native of Springfield, Missouri, Randy Smith graduated from Kickapoo High School, then went on to earn a degree from the University of Missouri. Following his undergraduate education, Smith attended the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law. He was licensed by the Missouri Bar Association and admitted to practice in the Federal United States District Court Western District of Missouri. He specializes in the professional and personal legal needs of small business owners; his client list includes entrepreneurs, local banks, software companies, physicians, contractors, real estate developers and hotel and restaurant owners.

Casey D. Chasteen is a Springfield, Missouri native. She graduated from Kickapoo High School in 2001 and attended Drury University in Springfield, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with minors in Global Studies and Government and Politics in 2005. Casey attended St. Louis University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri, where she earned the Dean’s Select Scholarship and was active in the Women’s Law Student Association. She received her Juris Doctor in May of 2008 and was admitted to the Missouri Bar in September of 2008. Casey has been with Law Offices of Randy L. Smith, LLC since August, 2008. She specializes in business organization, business transactions, business and real estate contract law, estate planning and probate administration. She is active in the Springfield community as a member of the Junior League of Springfield and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association.
