Randy L. Smith, Esq.
Firm founder Randy comes from a family of entrepreneurs. He grew up observing the day-to-day operations of his family’s commercial real estate brokerage company. A graduate of Springfield’s Kickapoo High School and the University of Missouri, Randy spent a decade learning the complex family business before graduating from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
Today, as the founder of his own firm, he leans on his hard-wired knowledge of business finance and operations to represent his clients in a way that furthers both their professional and personal goals.
Casey D. Chasteen, Esq.
Casey is a Missouri native and a graduate of Drury University and St. Louis University School of Law. Her business practice encompasses a variety of services from the organization of start-ups and small businesses, to large-scale commercial transactions, including the preparation of business and real estate contracts and agreements.
Casey is also a committed community volunteer with the Junior League of Springfield, where she has served on the Board of Directors and as an officer. She is a member of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, as well as a graduate of Leadership Springfield’s Class 33 and one of Springfield Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 for 2019.
