RANDY L. SMITH, ESQ.

Firm founder Randy Smith comes from a family of entrepreneurs and developed an early understanding of business operations through his family’s commercial real estate brokerage company. A graduate of Kickapoo High School and the University of Missouri, Randy spent a decade working in the family business before earning his law degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law.

Today, Randy combines his firsthand business experience with legal insight to help clients navigate both professional and personal decisions. Whether assisting business owners with operational and transactional matters or helping families create thoughtful estate plans, he provides guidance grounded in real-world experience and long-term planning.
